Garden machinery disassembly and assembly tips
Author:
When repairing machinery, it is often necessary to disassemble and install it. However, because there are many types, brands, and structures of garden machinery, if they are disassembled and installed indiscriminately, it is easy to cause damage to the machinery. Therefore, the procedures must be strictly followed whether during disassembly or installation.
When repairing machinery, it is often necessary to disassemble and install it. However, due to the variety of types and grades of garden machinery, as well as their different structures, if dismantled and installed randomly, it can easily cause damage to the machinery. Therefore, whether disassembling or installing, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations.
Disassemble according to the different structures of garden machinery, and consider the operating procedures in advance to avoid inversion. When disassembling, it should be done from the outside to the inside and from top to bottom. Special tools should be used during operation, and it is forbidden to directly strike the parts with a hammer. To clarify the direction of loosening of the parts, it is advisable to handle precision parts carefully. For example, long axis parts of the screw rod must be lifted with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending, deformation, and damage. The dismantled parts should be placed on wooden frames, wooden boxes, or parts trays in order as required, and should not be placed on the ground to prevent damage or rust. The disassembled parts should be fitted together as much as possible according to the original structure, such as shafts, gears, screws, washers, locating pins, etc. For parts that are processed in sets or cannot be interchanged, mark them before disassembly and string them together with ropes to avoid confusion, such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, oil pipe joints, etc. The parts on the valve should be plugged into the original valve body. Parts that can still be used without repair, such as keys and gears, shafts and bearings, should not be disassembled or misplaced. For the convenience of inspecting parts, the removed parts should be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rust.
When installing garden machinery, it should be installed in the order from inside to outside and from top to bottom, with the principle of not affecting the next process. During operation, important and complex components should be checked repeatedly to avoid incorrect or missing installation. Be careful not to let dirt enter the components during installation. During the installation process, it is also necessary to strictly inspect each item according to the technical requirements. After the machine is assembled, it must be adjusted and tested in a timely manner.
